Enable SSL Encryption for Windows Mail (POP3)

Find out how to enable SSL Encryption for Windows Mail so that you can protect your E-mails.

Click on the Advanced tab. General Properties

Enter port 587 in the Outgoing mail (SMTP) field and check the box labelled This server requires a secure connection (SSL).

Enter port 995 in the Incoming mail (POP3) field and check the box labelled This server requires a secure connection (SSL).
