Include a Form on a 1&1 MyWebsite Page

Learn how to place a form on your 1&1 MyWebsite page that your visitors can fill out.

A form is a means for your customers to contact you, ask questions, request services or give feedback. To add a form to your website, please follow the steps provided below.

From the main menu on the right-hand side, click Insert Elements. Main menu

Select the Contact & Communication category, then click and hold Form. Insert Elements > Contact & Communication > Form

Drag the icon to the page where you want the form to appear. When the icon is positioned correctly, release the mouse button. Form insertion into the selected 1&1 MyWebsite page

Enter an E-mail address (A) that should receive the completed forms. Select an option to turn on or off the Captcha (spam protection) (B).
Scroll down to the Form options (C) and check the box for any information you would like your visitors to supply. Fields with a check box for mandatory mean that the form will not be submitted unless your visitors supply this info.
