Create a Signature in 1&1 WebMail

Follow the steps outlined below to create a signature in 1&1 WebMail.

With this function a signature is automatically added to your E-mails, saving you the hassle of manually inserting signatures. Signatures can hold contact information, disclosure information or links to your website.

Step 1
Log in to the 1&1 WebMail interface. Log in page

Click the menu icon and then click Edit Settings.

In the Settings menu under E-Mail, select Signatures. E-Mail > Signatures

Click the Add new signature button. Signatures > Add
Signatures > Add

Now you can begin with the configuration of your signature. Give the signature a Name (A). Enter the text for your signature (B). Choose the Place of the signature, whether it should be shown above or below the e-mail.

When finished, click on Save to save your changes.
