Activate Public Folders in Microsoft® Exchange 2013 by 1&1

Find out how to activate the ability to create Public Folders for Microsoft® Exchange 2013 by 1&1.

Public Folders allow you to share files, tasks, folders and appointments with other Exchange users. Follow the steps outlines below to active the Public Folders via the 1&1 Control Panel.

Step 1
Log in to your 1&1 Control Panel and select the relevant package.
Step 2
Click the Microsoft Exchange link from the Mail panel.
Click Microsoft Exchange
Click Microsoft Exchange

Step 3

Step 4
You will be brought back to the Exchange Account Overview page. Click on Assign Administrator Role. Microsoft Exchange Account Overview

From the drop-down menu, choose which Exchange account user will serve as Administrator of the public folders, then click Save. List of Exchange users
