Set Up a 1&1 Mailing List

Follow the steps below to set up a new mailing list via the 1&1 Control Panel.

A mailing list allows you to send an E-mail simultaneously to a list of recipients.

Step 1
Log in to your 1&1 Control Panel and select the relevant package.

Click the Manage E-mail Addresses link from the Mail panel.

Step 3
Click Create mailing list from the Further options menu.

Click on New Mailing List.

Fill in the required information and then click the Show button to display the HTML source code to allow your customers to subscribe to your mailing list from your website.

Additionally, this will give existing customers the option of unsubscribing from the mailing list.

Simply Copy and paste this HTML source code into your home page. This is not a requirement in order to activate your mailing list, however it will allow your customers to subscribe on their own with out you having to add them to the list manually. Once you are finished, click the OK button to save your changes. Mailing List overview page

You will see that the mailing list has been created. You can now edit, delete or add users to the mailing list. The contacts add will receive an E-mail requesting them to confirm that they want to be added to your mailing list. Following their confirmation, they will be visible on the list. Please note:
To integrate a 1&1 Mailing List subscription form into a website, refer to the HTML code that is generated after filling out the entry fields on the "Create New Mailing List" page. Click on Show to copy and paste this code into the source text of your website.
