Current Version of Zend Framework

Zend Framework is an open source framework for developing web applications and services using PHP 5.3 or higher. Zend Framework 1.12.0 is currently installed on all Linux hosting packages and can be utilised as long as PHP 5.4 Is Also Enabled.

To confirm the version of Zend Framework that is installed on the server, please use the following command after connecting to the server via SSH:

(uiserver):u12345678~ > zf show version
Zend Framework Version: 1.12.0
(uiserver):u12345678~ >

After creating a Zend Framework project, you may need to create a symbolic link to the Zend Framework Library in the library/ folder of your newly created project. The Zend Framework Library files can be found in /usr/share/php/libzend-framework-php/Zend/

(uiserver):u12345678~ > zf create project projectname
Creating project at /homepages/30/d339629174/htdocs/projectname
Note: This command created a web project, for more information setting up your VHOST, please see docs/README
Testing Note: PHPUnit was not found in your include_path, therefore no testing actions will be created.

(uiserver):u12345678~ > ln -s /usr/share/php/libzend-framework-php/Zend/ projectname/library/.
