Problem: You deleted one or more items or product categories from your eShop
Solution: If you have not published the eShop yet after deleting the items
or categories, then we can get it back for you. Just send an e-mail to email@example.com with your contract id,
shop id and password. If you have a developer eShop, you can restore it yourself.
The online shop data is stored in the folder /shopdata. And the shop preview data is
stored in /bs_shopdata. Just copy the item/product from /shopdata to /bs_shopdata.
Note: After deleting an item/category, you published the eShop, then it is
not possible to get the deleted item/category back
