Create/Edit a Support PIN

Follow the steps below to create a Support PIN which you can use to verify that you are the account holder when calling into any one of our support lines.

Step 1
Log in to your 1&1 Control Panel and select the relevant package.

Select Support PIN from the My Data section of the 1&1 Control Panel. Account Management panel

If you have already created a Support PIN, click Change to proceed. If you are creating a PIN for the first time, proceed to the next step. Support pin screen

Step 4
In the appropriate field, enter your current Customer Password (the password you use to access the 1&1 Control Panel). Next, enter the Support PIN of your choosing twice. When finished, click Save. Change support pin screen

Your Support PIN will be saved. The next time you contact one of our support teams, you can use this PIN to verify that you are the account holder.
