Upgrade Your 1&1 Mail Basic to a 1&1 Mail Business Account

Follow the steps below to upgrade your 1&1 Mail Basic account to a 1&1 Mail Business account through the 1&1 Control Panel.

You can upgrade any 1&1 Mail Basic account to 1&1 Mail Business either through the 1&1 Control Panel if you are the account owner, or through the 1&1 WebMail interface if you are authorised by the account owner. Step 1
Log in to your 1&1 Control Panel and select the relevant package.

Click Manage E-mail Users from the Communication panel. Communication > Manage > Manage E-mail Users

Click Get 50 GB next to the e-mail account you want to upgrade. E-mail overview

Click the Choose button to confirm you are upgrading one account. Offers window

Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions, then click Order now. Check out window
